Praise the Lord, for a safe and uneventful journey to Central Asia. Our flight arrived at 6:20 this morning. It is so strange to think that as we are experiencing the breaking of dawn, the folks back in GR haven’t even seen the previous sunset.
The Pastor picked us up – having been at the airport for a few hours already today to drop off a departing group. We were dropped off at Lilly’s apartment (which she has graciously offered for our temporary home), to unpack and freshen up a little. Right now, we are about ready to catch a bus to meet the retreat team for lunch, working on the final preparations and spend some time praying together for the forthcoming events.
