Pastor Tom’s message from Isaiah 46:1-4 highlights that our modern day gods are just as powerless to deliver us from our burdens as the gods of the Babylonians were. In contrast though, God is all powerful and faithful to care for his people from the time they are born until the time their hair is white with age. In conclusion, Pastor Tom emphasizes how committed God is to care for the elderly and gave an encouragement for both the young and the old to follow the instructions Paul gave Timothy in 1 Timothy 4:12b-16.
