We are home! We woke up bright and early to head to the Athens airport for our flight to Atlanta, Georgia. We had a decently long layover which gave us time to grab our last meal together as a team and time to rest before heading back to Grand Rapids. As we start to settle back into life here at home, we will be reflecting and praying more about our experience. With this, we will later have a debrief all together to talk about how we’re feeling now that we’re back home and any other thoughts that God has brought to our attention. We would also like to give a big thank you to all of our supporters. Whether you were praying for us, supporting us financially, or both, we cannot thank you enough. We hope that you were encouraged or simply joyous to see us being obedient to God and serving our fellow community in Glyfada, Greece.

“Because of the service by which you have proved yourselves, others will praise God for the obedience that accompanies your confession of the gospel of Christ, and for your generosity in sharing with them and with everyone else. And in their prayers for you their hearts will go out to you, because of the surpassing grace God has given you. Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift!”
2 Corinthians 9:13-15
