Weekly Focus:

A Word for Today | May 18

As we continue on in this pandemic, you may be noticing that there’s a spectrum of people’s response to the situation at hand. For some this all engenders a struggle with fear, while on the other end some are struggling with submission. You may find there’s even some conflict in between both ends, especially if you relate closely to someone on the opposite end from you. In this Word for Today, Pastor Jim walks through Ephesians 2 and helps us see that Jesus came to destroy what divides us because He himself is our peace. Our prayer in the midst of these conflicts is for unity and we find that unity as we focus less on the law and more on Jesus.
