On Day 3 of distributions, the groups went out again to share water filters and the Gospel, being able to interact with many different kinds of people and see God works in amazing ways.
Following those distributions, the team was surpised with Gelato to end a hot day, and went back to the house to debrief on how we can translate what we learned here over to our homes and every day lives.
On the final day of distributions, the team went out in the morning to share with the final families.

Following those conversations, the team, translators, and guides went back to the church and closed out our time together singing worship each in their own language, thanking one another, and praying one last time. There was special moment praying ‘The Blessing’ over one another, being led both by one of their church members and Nora, a reminder that even though language often separates us, we are all one Church.

We also were able to witness our new 4 year old friend’s childlike faith as he and his dad sang a Psalm over us.

Following lunch, we were taken to Old Havana, getting to shop in the market and purchase souvenirs, then tour the city and learn more about the history of Havana, the Spanish inspired architecture, and the important figures of the country.

Closing out the night, the group spent time in community, soaking up some of the last moments of our trip.
As you think of us, pray for seeds we planted to flourish, our Cuban friends and their church, and for our final day of the trip to be fully of unity and fun.
