Being a teenager can be hard. Even as followers of Christ, the world can be very stressful to navigate. If you are struggling with worry and anxiety, you are not alone! Join us as we grow together & explore some tools for navigating life’s difficulties. All seventh, eighth, and freshman girls are welcome. Cost includes snacks and the book A Teen Girl’s Guide to Beating Worry and Anxiety by Sissy Goff.
This class will meet EVERY OTHER SUNDAY. 11/7, 11/21, 12/5, 12/19, 1/9, 1/23, 2/6, 2/20, 3/6, and 3/20.
