Do you have a desire to help those in our community with tangible needs (children’s car seats, beds, diapers etc) but don’t know how to find out about these needs? CarePortal is a tool that connects those who are vulnerable with people who want to serve. As we uncover the needs within our community CarePortal brings awareness and real-time opportunities to respond. Together, we can impact the lives of those with critical needs within our community. We are currently working to recruit and then train our Response Team.
