At Calvary, we are invited each year to focus on developing in the disciplines of prayer, fasting and giving. There will also be family-friendly activities, such an cultural performances, a dress-up photo booth, a passport to get filled in, and six international samples of street food for you to try out! Exercise is important, but not always easy to get into our routine. WholyFit Devotional Exercise is a fun, safe, and meaningful, specially-designed exercise system that incorporates stretching and strengthening with scripture memorization and prayer. Learn some simple stretching and movement as we focus on scripture from Psalm 143:5-8. Certified instructor, Michele Walkup, has been interested in exercise and healthy living for many years, and since 2016 has been with WholyFit LLC. She is also a mentor trainer with WholyFit, training instructors in the United States and other countries. We’re hoping to partner with ministries across Calvary to meet a variety of practical needs—yardwork, fixing, cleaning, building, painting, and more.
