A Biblical Theology of Race & Ethnicity

The Gospel of Matthew, which we walked through as a church from 2022-2024, ends with Jesus saying, “go and make disciples of all nations.” The Greek word for “nations” here is the word “ethnos,” from which we get the term “ethnicity.” In order to properly carry out Jesus’ final instructions to us in Matthew’s Gospel, we need to understand God’s plan with regard to race and ethnicity. This five week series is an opportunity to do that.
