As we prepare for Christmas, we examine the life of Hannah in correlation with Mary and her desire for a child. The story of Hannah and the grief she experiences is the story of humanity; a people who are experiencing the pains and brokenness of life, but yet God responds by sending a baby to rectify the pain.
