Living as Refugees

In this sermon, we hear Jesus’ words of encouragement for those who are enduring the difficulties of being a refugee and those who feel like a refugee in various aspects of life: “You are my child, I will not abandon you,” “I will forgive your sins and remember them no more,” and “I will protect you in this hostile environment, and you will flourish and grow.” We also learn that God wants us to allow Him to guide us through our seasons as foreigners.
