The Sign

This message from Isaiah 7 looks at God’s promises to deliver His people in the time of Ahaz and now, and how we are invited by faith to respond. We see that God has offered us a sign of His love in the person of Jesus. In order to experience the blessing of this sign, we must respond to God in obedient faith. This requires abandoning our own ways and submitting to God’s, just as Ahaz must do when he encounters God in this passage.
