You can never be part of life in Christ until the problem of sin is dealt with. Regardless of your past; it does not matter what you have done, Christ does forgive. Christ, the only one never needing to be forgiven, forgives. For those that are Christians, sin can often consume our minds leaving us wondering if we were ever truly forgiven. Christ is faithful to forgive and we need to believe he forgive us of our sins, and not to be oppressed by the past but rather living our new life in Christ.
