Opposition Guaranteed

If we choose to be friends with Jesus, and to stand with him, we will be hated by the world around us and persecuted. In some places, this means literal martyrdom, but in other contexts it may mean ridicule or slander. In all contexts, however, we have been given the Holy Spirit who will tell us what to say and give us the power to stand.
