  • The book of Hebrews begins with a picture of the end of the story — a look at the future when Jesus is reigning and all things are put right. It does this to show us where faith and faithfulness lead.

The journey of Jesus is a pattern of our own journey. We can learn several things by looking at Jesus’ journey, but most of all we can know that it ends well. Hebrews opens with a picture of the end to assure us that obeying God and walking by faith will always end well.
