Triune God

Utilizing the analogy of moving from a difficult living situation to a new home perfect for our needs, this sermon introduces us to our Triune God as found in Peter’s writings. The sermon begins by covering the general categories of what each person of the Trinity does: the Father planning, Jesus executing and the Holy Spirit making it available to us. The idea of living in a difficult home, one with bad neighbors or an unsafe location, is a metaphor for life lived outside of a relationship with Jesus. The sermon concluded in a celebration of communion, showcasing the concept of new life that was extrapolated in this sermon.
