Chili Cookoff and Pumpkin Carving
Saturday, October 29, 5:00-8:30pm
It’s Fall, ya’ll! Come and join us for some fall fun! This will be an outdoor event with a bonfire so bring your own camping chair and dress appropriately for the weather. Come at 5:00pm and bring your own pumpkin if you wish to carve a pumpkin or just join us for supper at 6:00pm. Sign up to bring your family’s secret chili recipe (or the one you found on the internet the night before) or bring a side dish or a dessert. (Chili toppings will be provided.) Bring your own muffin tin to test out the chili offerings. We will cast our votes for the best chili and the winner will take home a prize! (We will have some extra tins if you don’t have one.) There is no cost for this event. Donations are welcome. Register at www.calvarysinglesconnect.org by October 26.
