Oasis (Older Adult) Retreat
Geneva Camp & Retreat Center 3995 Lakeshore Dr N, Holland, MI, United StatesAs we grow older, our hearts should grow fonder of Jesus and Heaven, and the gift of Living and Leaving a Lasting Legacy of Faith for those who come behind us. Regardless of whether our faith story is young or old, God has poured into us a rich heritage we shouldn’t conceal but reveal to our friends, family, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. So let our faith stories focus on finishing well, leaving no regrets, grievances or grudges, but intentionally blessing, loving and serving others so that they may know of the One who lives within us! Guest Speakers are David & Patty McGinnis; & Kati Williams, worship will be led by Mark & Bethany Welling. There will also be free time to enjoy activities and some friendly competitions. Cost includes snacks, lunch and dinner. Register at mycalvarygr.org by May 18 (scholarships are available).

Manhattan Park - Entrance at 430 Manhattan RD SE 3180 Cascade Rd SE, East Grand Rapids, MI, United StatesAll beginners and moderately competitive players are welcome to join in a friendly game of pickle ball. It will be your personal choice to play in unfavorable weather conditions. Location: Manhattan Park, East Grand Rapids
Men: Senior Golf League
Bolder Creek Golf Club 5750 Brewer Ave NE, Belmont,Come join a group of Calvary Church seniors every Tuesday morning at Boulder Creek Golf Club for some good Christian fellowship and exercise. This isn’t a formal golf league and it’s open to golfers of all skill levels. You don’t have to play every week so just show up when you’re able to play. Each week, we have a draw to determine foursomes for the week so it’s a great way to meet new people. The draw is at 8:45am and the first tee time is at 9:00am. Calvary Church, Gathering Place 707 East Beltline NE, Grand Rapids, MI, United StatesSkipper Bettis and his family, own Two Hats Ranch in Big Rapids. He is an experienced guide/outfitter and hunter. He will share about God’s great outdoors, His provision and preservation, and will include stories and experiences along the way. Join us for great fellowship and a delicious lunch.
