Embrace Moms – Play Dates at the Park
Manhattan Park - Entrance at 430 Manhattan RD SE 3180 Cascade Rd SE, East Grand Rapids, MI, United StatesWe invite you to an opportunity to meet other young moms from Calvary Church. Embrace is a group of moms with babies and young children. Join us for two play dates at Manhattan Park this summer and enjoy refreshments while our children play. Summer Bible Study for Women

We are excited to journey through "The Extraordinary Power of Praise" by Becky Harling. Topics in the study include: learning to face your fears, finding contentment through praise and rekindling joy. Books will be handed out the first night. We hope you can join us! Prayer Shawl Ministry
Calvary Church 707 E Beltline Ave NE, Grand Rapids, MI, United StatesDo you enjoy knitting or crocheting? We would love to have you join us in person for a time of fellowship and prayer. Prayer Shawl will meet the second Thursday of the month in June, July & August 2022. There is a supply of yarn and patterns for you to use. If you know someone who is struggling with illness or grieving the loss of a loved one, let us know. We will give them a prayer shawl. A prayer shawl is a wonderful comfort and a reminder that many voices are lifting that person up in prayer. Contact women@calvarygr.org with questions. Location: Room 215 (Entrance C)
Woman of Faith Book Club

We’ll read one book each month and meet on the 4th Monday to discuss that month’s book. You may choose to read one, two, or all three books! June – Evidence Not Seen by Darlene Deibler Rose July – Joni: An Unforgettable Story by Joni Eareckson Tada August – Gladys Aylward: The Little Woman written with Christine Hunter No cost for this event; obtain your favorite version of the book on your own.
