Full-Time Ministry Assistant, Mercy & Missions – Calvary’s Mercy & Missions department is looking for a full-time Ministry Assistant to support the team with a variety of administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, time management, and written and verbal communication skills; be self-directed; preferably possess at least three years’ office experience with database, communications, and internet systems; display proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and have a team attitude and heart for ministry, exhibiting compassion and mercy towards others.

Full-Time, Worship & Production: Calvary Church is currently seeking an Associate Director of Production to assist the Director of Production with the effective execution of the technical elements for services of Calvary Church.

This will include, but is not limited to setup and production of Sunday services, including live streaming; production of short video features as needed; coordination of the technical aspects of weddings, funerals and other outside events; and management of volunteer scheduling and assisting in volunteer recruitment and retention.

Applicants should possess a working knowledge and experience in video production elements and equipment, audio technical skills (including live audio reinforcement), computer editing, multi-track mixing and related equipment; and have non-linear editing experience.

Full-Time Associate Director, Finance – Calvary Church is seeking to fill a full-time position of Associate Director of Finance.  The primary responsibilities of this position are to process payroll, contributions and other receipts and to support the Finance Department. The ideal person for this position possesses a minimum two-year degree in accounting and/or three years’ experience in the accounting/financial field.  The ideal person will be detail oriented, demonstrate highly accurate data entry skills, maintain knowledge of Human Resource processes, and show proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and accounting software applications.

Part-Time

Calvary Church is currently looking to fill several part-time positions on our facilities staff. The primary responsibilities include cleaning and room set-up. The ideal person for this position will be dependable, organized, detail minded, able to follow instructions, and physically able to arrange tables and chairs. These positions will have varying hours that may include evenings and weekends.
