What we think about the future has a huge impact on the way we act in the present. As we study this passage we see three perspectives on the future. We see a wealthy man who is over-confident, we see a worrier and we see a procrastinator. Each one views life differently because of their view of the future. Our view of the future also affects what we think is important about life. When we embrace God’s view of the future it will have a drastic impact on how we behave in the present and what we value.
