It is a pre-requisite for membership, but we encourage anyone who wants to become more familiar with what we believe to take the class. The class is open to anyone 12 years of age or older. Come join us over Breakfast while enjoying fellowship among yourselves. We will have tables set up showing different ministries looking for volunteer help. There will be a wide range of volunteer opportunities that you can get involved in. Such as The Prayer Shawl ministry, front desk receptionist, prayer teams, and assisting each other, a fellow widow, just naming a few. Each one of us has been equipped with different spiritual gifts and talents. Learn how you can let God use you to be a blessing to others. Join the praying men of Calvary Church for a one hour prayer meeting on the third Tuesday of the month. There will be a brief devotional, worship, and a time of inviting the Lord's presence in united prayer. Coffee will be available. Men’s (Older Adult) Golf League
Boulder Creek 5750 Brewer Ave NE, Belmont, MI, United StatesCome join a group of older adults every Tuesday morning at Boulder Creek Golf Club. It’s a great chance to enjoy good Christian fellowship and get some exercise. This isn’t a formal golf league and it’s open to golfers of all skill levels. Just show up when you’re able to be there and, each week, we have a draw to determine foursomes for the week so it’s a great way to meet new people. The weekly draw happens at 8:45am and the first tee time is at 9:06am. The cost is $35 for 18 holes of golf with a cart. For more information, contact Ken (kitskenneth@gmail.com). Gary Feenstra will sharing from his observations and experiences having served as the Superintendent of the Zeeland School District; the Executive Director of Marantha Bible Missionary Conference Center, and most recently his teaching and training ministry in Ethiopia. His topic will include what it looks like to enter this season of life with expectations of recreation and refreshment, while continuing to be servants of Christ until the Lord calls us home to glory.
