The story of Exodus is the story of how people move from knowing about God to knowing God. It is the story of moving from slavery to freedom and worship. It is not only history, but it is God telling us how we can experience Him in tangible ways today. Throughout the book of Exodus, we will see God doing four major things: He reveals himself; He redeems his children; He forms a people; and appears in their assembly. God wants to do all of these things in our lives today.
