Speak Encouragingly

In any community setting it takes work to have healthy relationships. One of the main ways that we can build and stabilize these relationships is through speaking encouragingly to one another. But, that is dependent on what we talk about within our communities. Our words are powerful and we should seek to bless our relationships with meaningful and encouraging conversations. The message begins with the fourth episode of The Small Group, which helps us understand what it means to speak encouragingly (or to speak discouragingly, whichever).
